WebAffinity Photo is nice but don't expect much with the pen & touch. I use AP with my surface pro 4. You can't pan with your finger unless the hand tool is selected. Your finger paints when the brush is selected. With the eye dropper selected, the pen does not pick up the color from where you tap but rather from where you've left the mouse pointer.
