A triphasic temperature chart shows a second shift upwards with sustained higher temps. Click on the link in my signature and scroll down, my last months chart (January) was triphasic from 7dpo. WebbTake a look at my chart during August 2009. I had my first bfp a couple days following the dip -- big surprise since I was certain my AF was going to come due to the dip and cramping.
