Direction control switch is in neutral (N). Brake is depressed and/or accelerator pedal is not pressed. Charger is connected to mower. WebIt is electric. The mower starts perfectly, but when it hits the grass it stops. A couple times it went for a couple seconds but stopped again. The grass is a bit thick, but I did try adjusting the height and it still has issues. It’s as high up as possible. How do I troubleshoot this myself, and fix it?
