While the matter is sub judice, the State Government is waiting for the Orissa High Court’s verdict. Witryna(1) the appropriate Government may, if it is satisfied that the reasons for the intended closure of the undertaking are not adequate and sufficient or such closure is prejudicial to the public interest, by order, direct the employer not to close down such undertaking.
