You seem to take patients' social and political concerns very seriously, too. WebI'm trying to get the medical records from the hospital I was born in to check if I was born with an intersex condition. The problem is, which papers do I ask for? They've told me to ask for some specific ones for more info, but I have no clue on what are those.
