WebI used Earthlink going back to dial-up days. When broadband became common, they resold DSL from Bell South and later DOCSIS through Time Warner. I'm not aware that they ever had their own infrastructure, so I suspect they are reselling someone else's. I currently use Spectrum and get 200Mbps DOCSIS for about $45 per month.
