WebDfAA was a really great choice on Devonshire due to her insane AA for T6, which is going to get nerfed quite a bit with the comming patch. I would still argue that these days DfAA is a valid choice on good AA cruisers even in high tiers as DDs are more rare and certain long range torps can be seen from kilometers away anyways.
